About Our Founder
Diane Bleck is a pioneer in the field of visual facilitation and visual thinking, with more than two decades of experience helping people think, work, and lead more clearly together.
She began her career long before visual facilitation became a widely recognized practice, working at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and visual sense-making. Over the years, Diane has partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations to support high-stakes conversations, strategic planning, and organizational change using visuals as a tool for clarity and alignment.
