Using Visual Facilitation for CRM in the Airline Industry

What are some barriers you have noticed that hinder creativity & innovation in the workplace?

Fear, fear of failure, fear of decision making, fear to look unprofessional, defeat to experiment, stereotypes

What specific insights/knowledge do you have around being more creativity & innovation at work?

Practice, team succeed when you share your knowledge, think outside the box, be simple, boost confidence by interacting with people who likes the same motivation.

What role do you believe visual aids or presentations play in fostering creativity, productivity, and innovation?

Humans learn faster when visuals are in place, remember better, it’s eye catching and boost creativity at high levels

What practical tip and/or real-life success story helped you break free from the mundane and transform your work into a vibrant and thriving space for creativity and innovation?

Each year in our Airline we had evaluations of how we provide CRM trainings, and in the and we were coached on how to perform better in the future, what parts needs improvement, and it appeared that I haven’t used Flipchart at all during my training, this hit me so much as I thought that I’m the best of the best, so after evaluation I went home and started my research on internet how to be better in Flipchart facilitating, I was so motivated as never before, 2 years past after that date and 1 of my instructors invited me to perform Flipchart confidence training for new CRM trainers, and I followed with those trainings hole next year traveling all around the Europe.
