I want to share a simple activity I do when I am preparing to go into a Vision Planning session for my own business at the end of the year. Who are you going to be next year?
Here is a simple four square template you can use to help you. Start with a image of yourself in the middle and then in each corner write the questions:
- What do you know?
- What do you do?
- What's inside your heart?
- What is your impact?
Spend a little time thinking these through as you prepare for channeling your energy for next year.
